My nose also is minimally effective. I use a double sided brain-pad brand mouthguard. Webjust pull the edges out gently with with your fingers, and push the back with your tongue. Then when its off just keep bending it out with your fingers to loosen it and then you shouldn't have the problem anymore. Don't suck your teeth so hard when molding.
