WebDec 4, 2015 · I figured it out. Went to Control Panel and found a function "Default Programs" and selected that. Then I selected "Set Associations". Then I looked for jpg jpeg png etc. and they all had "Current Default" set to "Photos" program. I selected jpg and clicked Change Program and I selected "Microsoft Office Picture Manager".
