Even when reinstalling DAR and all DAR animations, rerunning FNIS and Nemesis (following the instructions in the beginners guide here on LL) and starting a new game. T-posing all the way. At least it takes the FNIS output, and the way of installation. The OP's log is not meaningful, because he is using a cracked Skyrim, and he has removed the corresponding warning.

Try running FNIS first, then running Nemesis and letting it overwrite everything.
