WebGreen Thumb operatives are great when they appear. Several emails told me of my next treatment - unfortunately though no one turned up. When I complained, I was told of staff sickness. No apology though. Date no. 2 was fixed. Once again, no show. No point in calling - the answerphone plays recommendations for their treatment over & over again. WebUnfortunately my time with Greenthumb lawn treatment service was brief. On the plus side I learnt a fair bit about lawn problems and treatments which was interesting to me personally. Unfortunately I felt unsupported by management and was not made to feel particularly welcome from the start.
