It is actually not related to #2642, but rather to a family of bugs related to the lineHeight being hard coded to 14px on all labels.In 3.0.8 this was removed, and the lineHeight calculated from fontSize.

WebI have a situation where I need to remove all margins from a highchart and remove the x/y axis so it fills a series of columns in a table completely. I did that, no problem. Chart goes to the extremes as needed. What I need now is that pesky yaxis I already removed...but displayed in a table cell outside of the existing highcharts object. 'ortho': Rotated text along the axis direction so that the labels are orthogonal to the axis. This is very similar to 'flap', but prevents skewing the labels (X and Y scaling are still present).
