Ibandronate (Boniva), a monthly pill or quarterly intravenous (IV) infusion. Zoledronic acid (Reclast), an annual IV infusion. WebbA 5 mg dose of Reclast administeredintravenously is recommended for patients with creatinine clearance greater thanor equal to 35 mL/min.
