Webb23 mars 2013 · Sure, WSS is free, and the Help Desk template in Sharepoint is OK, but it doesn't have nearly the same capabilities out of the box that SW does. The community support alone is fantastic, I've yet to see anything that is based around Sharepoint that has nearly the same amount of fanaticism that SW can provide. The free version just has too many limitations to get is working like we wanted. It was much easier and faster to include links or embed Spiceworks!
